2.The petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 12 of the Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 before the first respondent. 3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
