This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.228 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Thoothukudi District. 2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report. Right from the year 2017, no stay has been granted by this Court and therefore, there was no reason for the respondent Police to stop the investigation.
