This petition is filed to quash C.C.No.64 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after full trial, the petitioners were acquitted by the Trial Court, by the order, dated 28.02.2020 and he circulated a copy of the same. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
