ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the third respondent by considering the writ petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.200 of 2024 on 27.09.2024.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
