No. 12764 of 2025 dt. 30.07.2025 on the file of this Honourable High Court and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL 1/3

OP(MD) No.12764 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12764 of 2025 on 30/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 26 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12764 of 2025 on 30/07/2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
