ORDER

The present petition is filed to cancellation of anticipatory bail. The contention of the petitioner is that inspite of the conditions not to interfere in the investigation and influencing the defacto complainant, the fourth respondent is misusing the power as Additional Public Prosecutor and influencing the case.

2. However, the same is only a bare statement and the petitioner has not submitted any evidence to prove the same. Therefore this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
