This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner to pay sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.137 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 10712 of 2023, dated 16.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. This petition is dismissed accordingly.
