[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1,2,4 and 6 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 7.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the encroachment is removed and now the relief does not survive.

3. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
