Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.SATHISHKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.RC.(MD)SR No.27566 of 2019 before this Court.

3.Mr.J.Sathishkumar, learned counsel for the respondent has strong objection for allowing this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9970 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), on or before 06.02.2020, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
