ORDER

This petition is filed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 452 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that through another counsel, the very same petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17467 of 2024 before this Court and this Court had also directed the respondents to expedite the investigation and accordingly, the investigation was also expedited and now the charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
