Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU VIJAYAPANDIAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12999 of 2022, dated 07.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are belongs to same family and prayed to execute a common sureties.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also considering the fact that the petitioners are husband and the in-laws of the defacto complainant and belongs to same family, the condition 5 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with common sureties.
