PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to return the petitioner's rice bags considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner with a grievance that even after the payment of the amount, the rice bags which were pledged by the petitioner as security have not been returned to the petitioner by the respondent Bank has approached this Court.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to return the rice bags forthwith on receipt of payment from the petitioner. No costs.
