ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the properties situated in Survey Nos.93/3A1B and 93/3A1E1, Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his application dated 08.08.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Karthick Ramkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The petitioner claims right over the subject properties under a registered partition deed dated 01.09.2021. The pattas for the subject properties stand in the name of the petitioner in Patta Nos.4579 and 4576. The petitioner submitted an application on 08.08.2025 in
Application No.2025/0123/24/018830, seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.
4.The learned learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
