PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's landed property in S.No.454/1B2 to an extent of 1 Acre situated in Vishwanathaperi Village Part II, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 07.08.2023.

ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a mandamus to consider his application dated 07.08.2023 for conducting survey of his property in S.No.454/1B2, Vishwanathaperi Village Part II, Sivagiri Taluk, 2/4

2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner has already sold the subject property to one Gurulakshmi. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the subsequent purchaser to file necessary application for conducting survey, if so advised. No costs.
