ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing R2 and R3 to constitute District level and State Level Police Complaints Authorities in the State.

A counter has been filed by R2 and R3, the Chief Secretary, Secretariat and the Secretary, Home Department, wherein, they refer to G.O.(Ms)No.643, Home (Police VIII) Department, dated 14.11.2019, under which, State Police Complaints Authority and District Police Complaints Authority have been set up in each and every District. 2/4

3. This Writ Petition ought not have been filed at all, in light of the aforesaid Government Order. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
