This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection during the survey of the petitioner's land in Survey No.1225/1 Kookal-Gundupatti Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 27.09.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, she paid the requisite fee to survey her land by the receipt dated 02.02.2018. If the revenue authorities decided to survey the land on the request of the petitioner and during the survey, if the Surveyor found any difficulty, they can very well seek police protection before the concerned police and on such request is made, the 2nd respondent may consider the request of the surveyor to survey the land of the petitioner.
