: Respondents PRAYER :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the fourth respondent dated 28.05.2018 which was communicated to the petitioner vide Na.Ka.No.2754/78/A dated 23.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to implement the earlier order passed by the fourth respondent Forest Settlement Officer, dated 02.02.2011 which was communicated to petitioners vide proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.2754/78, dated 19.04.2011 and consequently, to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's usage of Sungamparai road which runs from Karuvelpatty to Sungamparai. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.21236 off 2018 2.The order impugned in this Writ Petition declines to recognise the petitioner's right to use the petition mentioned pathway. That necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition was filed way back in the year 2018. 3.When the matter was taken up for final disposal today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that the District Forest Officer, Dindigul Forest Division, Dindigul issued proceedings bearing Ref.No.7063/2018/D2, dated 08.09.2020 redressing the petitioner's grievance. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication.

The learned Counsel petitioner, therefore, wants to withdraw this Writ Petition. 4.Recording the aforesaid proceedings, dated 08.09.2020 issued by the third respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
