The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 33 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award, dated 14.02.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.261 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal , Subordinate Court, Keeranur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
