PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD). No.11856/2025 dated 16.07.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 A.M., until further orders and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.11856 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.11856 of 2025 on 16/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition nearly 16 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. However, these petitioners complying the condition only 16 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in the order made in 2/4

CRL OP(MD) No.11856 of 2025 on 16/07/2025.
