O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ of Mandamus, direct the Respondent No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the Respondent No.5 by considering the Petitioners representation 03.07.2023 in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on the basis of the complaint, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.G3/89/172458/SJHR/23 and during the course of enquiry, property was also inspected and it was found that several such brick kiln have been operated in the field. The 2/4

petitioner and the counter respondents are neighbour land owners. Because of the business enmity, a false complaint has been given. On the basis of the finding, the complaint was closed on 10.10.2023 and the closure report was served upon the petitioner to workout appropriate remedy.

5. Another grievance expressed by the petitioner is that, a similar representation has also been pending with the first respondent herein / the District Collector.

6. Let the above said representation also be enquired in the light of the above said enquiry conducted by the fourth respondent herein.

7. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
