When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after full trial, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, acquitted the petitioner, by the judgment, dated 05.10.2019. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
