PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.265 of 2015, dated 14.09.2015 and to file the final report with appropriate Sections, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.265 of 2015, dated 14.09.2015 and to file a final report. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions, submitted that a closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai and RCS (Referred Charge Sheet) notice has also been served on the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when a copy application was filed to get the copy of the closure report, the same was returned on the ground that no closure report is available before the concerned Court. Today, a copy of the closure report has been filed before this Court the said copy is furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to enable him to work out his remedy. 4.In view of the above development, no further orders are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
