PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in RC No.4493/AP 3(1) 2018 dated 07.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and pay all the back wages and attendant benefits.
