PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the above case in Spl.SC.No.64 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur in Crime No.03 of 2020 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Kumbaknonam to the nearest other District Jurisdictional Court. O RDER Since some apprehension has been arisen for the petitioner, this petition has been filed seeking to transfer the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.64 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur to the nearest other District Jurisdictional Court.

2. However, there is no apprehension arisen for conducting the trial before the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur.
