ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 499, 500 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.Unknown of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in crime No.103 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 500 and 506(i) IPC.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), let the petitioner file a fresh application by mentioning the crime number.
