This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.270 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to 2nd respondent on the ground that the police even though material ingredients to register a case under Section 307 IPC, registered the First Information report for other offences.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is also filed for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 326 and 506(i) IPC before the concerned Court on 12.08.2023 and it is not taken on file by the Magistrate concerned.

3. Since the investigation has already been completed, the request 2/5

of the petitioner to transfer the investigation becomes infructuous.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
