For the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 1063 days in representing the writ appeal is condoned and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioner payable to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which this petition would be dismissed without further reference to this Court, in limine.
