There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and third respondents would submit that the present writ petition is filed challenging the notification No.12/29 dated 28.08.2019, whereas the first respondent has subsequently withdrawn the said notification through paper publication on 07.12.2019 and this factum was already informed before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.812 of 2021(The State of Tamil Nadu and Others Vs. B.Deepankumar and others).

development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to apply if any fresh notification is issued by the respondents. No costs.
