This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in E.M.C.No.85/2017, dated 06.06.2017 on the file of the first respondent, as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is executed a bond before the first respondent. The said notice was issued in the month of June, 2017. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and nothing survives in this petition.
