ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members in any manner except due process of law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents reports that the husband of the petitioner is an accused in Crime No. 2 of 2019.

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.16848 of 2019 4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the husband of the petitioner for interrogation. On receipt of summons, the husband of the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent for interrogation.
