ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the Typed set of papers filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.V.Muthu Kamatchi, Advocate for the Petitioners, Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), for the respondents No.
1 and 2, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST Act Cases, Theni, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13190, dated 13.08.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
