This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.660 of 2008, pending on the file of the first respondent Police, as against the petitioner / third accused herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report at this stage.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11331 of 2017 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to immediately take the final report on file immediately and proceed further, in accordance with law.
