O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted on instructions from the jurisdictional Village Administrative Officer that all the encroachments indicated and pointed out by the petitioner have been removed. A copy of the written instructions given by the Village Administrative Officer has been served on the petitioner's counsel also. We make it clear that if this statement turns out to be false or incorrect, this writ petition will be reopened.
