PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ku.No.Se.Po/Kila/Ma/VuNiA/NiMe/NiVul/Kho.Ni.Ma/A.No.1191/23 dated 14.09.2023 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Lineman challenging his order of transfer from Karupayurani to Melavalavu substation. 2.According to the writ petitioner, one M.Rajendran was appointed to his place at Karupayurani under the same impugned order. However now another vacancy has arisen at Karupayurani itself. Therefore, he could be accommodated at Karupayurani, even without disturbing the said Rajendran. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and approach the concerned authority seeking to retain him at Karupayurani.

3.In view of the above said request, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the concerned authority for retaining him at Karupayurani. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
