O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent, the Inspector of Police T.Kallupatti Police Station, Peraiyur, Madurai District to give necessary police protection to life of petitioner and her family members as and when required by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner already filed a suit before the District Munsif, Peraiyur in O.S.No. 333 of 2014 and that case is also being contested by one Vasanthi. Since the dispute is seized by the Civil Court, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered by this Court in the present writ petition.

3. Therefore this Court is of the opinion that since the dispute between the parties is pending before the civil court, the petitioner can very well approach the civil court seeking appropriate relief.

4. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
