O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Special Court for Trial under SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act Cases, Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day in Crime No.483 of 2023 dated 10.09.2023 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The petitioner is the accused person in Crime No.483 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 326, 336 & 506(ii) IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3.Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would also submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is having one previous case registered under 302 IPC and he is not having a good conduct.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the present FIR, the name of the petitioner was not mentioned and thereafter, he has been impleaded as an accused. 5.Considering the bad antecedents and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in this petition.
