(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the order of the 1st respondent made in E.M.C No.100/2017, dated 28.06.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, 107 Cr.P.C proceedings initiated against the petitioner for a period of one year has lapsed and the first respondent has closed the proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
