O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to conduct survey and fix boundaries in the petitioner's property in S.Nos.103/1A1 and 103/1A2 at Thangachiammapatti Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk Dindigul District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his application seeking to conduct survey in his property in S.Nos.103/1A1 and 103/1A2 has not been considered by the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on written instructions submits that the petitioner's application was considered, the respondents have conducted a survey on 03.10.2024. He has also produced the survey report and the endorsement of the petitioner accepting the survey.
