O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 1 to 4 have filed the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2014, for partition and the same is pending on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai. He would further submit that another suit in O.S.No.912 of 2012 was pending before the District Munsif Court, Madurai. The petitioner has filed a petition for transfer of the case and after transfer, the case was renumbered as O.S.No.340 of 2023 and joint trial was ordered.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the present suit was filed in the year 2014 and the earlier 2/4

suit was filed in the year 2012, the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, is hereby directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
