(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to appoint some other competent authority within his jurisdiction other than the 3rd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.163 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and pass such further orders.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was closed as "Further Action Dropped" by the 2nd respondent, on 26.12.2017 and he has also filed the copy of the report to that effect. 3.The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
