ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2023 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 506(ii), 436 and 379 of IPC in Crime No.254 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory 1/3

bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the accused persons unlawfully assembled with deadly weapons, went to the defacto complainant's house, damaged his house hold articles and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the earlier application of the petitioners seeking bail, was dismissed by this Court, by considering the grievous nature of the offences.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed, I find no change of circumstances in this case.
