O R D E R

(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to change the investigation agency from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent in connection with the case in Crime No.663 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case of Crime No.663 of 2017, the 3rd respondent police, after completing the investigation, has filed a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and it was assigned as PRC No.249 of 2020 and therefore, there is no need to transfer the investigation of the case.

4.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
