ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representations of the petitioner dated 25.03.2022 and 22.04.2022 have been considered by the respondents though improperly. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the respondents based on the petitioner's representations dated 25.03.2022 and 22.04.2022 in manner known to the petitioner under law.

2. Since the direction issued by this Court on 20.05.2022 in W.P(MD)No.9836 of 2022 has been duly complied with by the respondent as the representations of the petitioner dated 25.03.2022 and 22.04.2022 have been considered, nothing survies for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the respondents in the representations of the petitioner dated 25.03.2022 and 22.04.2022 in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
