(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the C.C No.1 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner/A10 herein has been acquitted by the CCIW Special Court, (Judicial Magistrate No.2), Tirunelveli, by judgment, dated 30.04.2019 and he has also produced the copy of the judgment to that effect.

3.Perusal of the judgment passed in C.C.No.1 of 2006 dated 30.04.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (CCWI Special Court), Tirunelveli, has acquitted the petitioner from the charges levelled against him for the offences under section 190, 477(A) r/w 109 IPC, while convicting A1 for the offence under section 408 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
