This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash proceedings n C.C.No.39 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari district insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the trial in calender case itself has been completed and the final orders have been passed on 11.04.2018 and therefore, the matter has become infructuous.
