This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Special Judge under TNPID Act, Madurai, as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after registering FIR, the petitioner went to abroad and absconded. In fact the first respondent filed absconded charge sheet as against the petitioner and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.2 of 2011 and as such Non Bailable Warrant was issued and it is pending for several years. He further submitted that now the case has been split up as against him in C.C.No.19 of 2017 and it is pending only for the absence of the petitioner herein. When the Non Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner, he is not entitled for seeking any relief before this Court.
