No.650/2020 dt 04.12.2020 on the file of this Honourable Court. Prayer in Crl RC(MD)No.650 of 2020:- This Criminal Revision case is filed under Sections 397 r/w, 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the order passed by the Special Court under the Mines and Minerals (D&R) Act, 1957, Thanjavur, (In the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur) in Cr.M.P.No.3040 of 2020, dated 21.09.2020 set aside the same and allow this revision petition.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R. Ilayaraja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. Manikandan, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time, to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.RC.(MD).No.650 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020.

No.14188 of 2022 2.Though the order has been passed as early as on 04.12.2020, due to inability to mobilise fund and furnish sureties, the petitioner was not in a position to comply with the condition. 3.In view of the above, the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.RC(MD)No.650 of 2020, is extended finally, for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
