PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019 and to file the final report with appropriate Section, within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2019 and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that even though the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.209 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, on a complaint given by the petitioner, there is no substantial progress in the investigation.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the official respondent submits that so far six witnesses were examined and the respondent Police would complete the investigation as quickly as possible.
4. Considering the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Police to expedite the investigation 2/4
