ORDER
The petitioner has filed a revision petition on 22.02.2022 before the Joint Commissioner as against the orders of the 3rd respondent Fit Person and it has not been taken on file so far. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2.It is reported that the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 22.02.2022 before the 2nd respondent Joint Commissioner is not taken on file so far.
3.The 2nd respondent / the Joint Commissioner shall take the revision petition on file if it is in order and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
