PRAYER in WP(MD) No.21237 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to place the petitioner in the promotion panel to the post of Manager (Village Industries and Administration) in category II of Tamilnadu Industries Service above the fifth respondent as per petitioner original seniority obtaining in the posts of Junior Assistant, Assistant, Superintendent and promote the petitioner in the existing vacancy to the post of Manager (Village Industries and Administration) in category - II of Tamilnadu Industrial Service.
